Our facilities house a cutting room, as well as coolers and freezers for our custom processing. We also have a retail store in house. Our store is fully stocked with almost anything you can think of when it comes to cuts of meat! Is there a hard-to-find item that you have been craving? Just ask us and we are willing to work to help you find those items at any time.

Some hard-to-find items we make or carry include dried beef, mettwurst, balkenbrji, rendered pork lard for baking, bison, and elk, and much more!
