All of our meat is cut, hand trimmed, vacuum packed and quick frozen to
insure our customers the highest quality of meat.
Beef - All our beef is aged a minimum of two weeks. Aging assures
the tenderness of all our beef.
Pork - our pork is all natural meat.
Chicken - our chicken is all natural and Amish raised.
Other meat products available - Lamb, Veal, Buffalo, Elk, a variety of
smoke house fish and amish cheese.

Jerky - a large variety of beef jerky flavors.
Homemade Pig n blankets - mettwurst - and balkenbrji made with a
special Dutch touch.
Homemade hotdogs, bratwurst, a large variety of flavored
hamburger patties, and a large variety bratwurst flavors.
Meat Bundles - for a large or small freezer we have beef, pork,
chicken, and picnic bundles.
Sides and Quarters of beef and whole or sides of pork available that
we will cut to your specifications.
Custom Farm Slaughtering. Call any time to arrange your custom farm
slaughtering. We do beef, pork, lamb and goats. We also smoke your
custom meat.
Parties - We are available for your pig roasts, chicken BBQ's and
hamburger and hotdog parties. We will do your wedding, graduation,
anniversary, family reunion, and special occasions. We can cook the
meat for you or we can arrange a complete party for you. Pig roasters
and hamburger grills are also available for rent.
Deer and Wild Game processing - We process all of your wild game into
boneless cuts for your freezer. Also wild game smoking available.
